Drawing on his experience as a professional chef, your host Les will provide a fresh, delectable a la carte breakfast. Menus vary daily.

To accommodate our guests’ individual preferences, we invite you to enjoy your meal in the setting of your choice, including breakfast in bed, outdoor seating, the third floor viewing tower, or with other guests in the dining area.

Complimentary juices, coffee, tea, soft drinks, and water will be provided in the Inn around the clock, along with our nightly turndown service.

 

Philosophy from Les

Food has always been an important and integral part of my life; my parents were born and raised in West Texas where food is the central hub of family life. My love of rustic and provincial food is rooted in that Southern experience. My approach to food is simple and classic; start with ingredients of the highest quality and combine them to enhance and express their natural flavors. I was trained in the classical tradition and believe in the philosophy of well prepared simple food. Let ingredients speak for themselves and create combinations that complement rather than compete. While I draw from and am influenced by my international experience, I have consistently remained rooted in that classical tradition.

Tesoro Inn sources local and regional ingredients wherever possible; I believe in building menus around what is in season and locally available. Menus change daily offering a variety during your stay. In addition, we always have staple ingredients on hand for those who prefer a traditional American breakfast.
